OVERAGE PROGRAM:

​What is our overage program?
Our overage program allots up to 6 free credits to each customer annually. Overages are any waste exceeding a customers bin or bins 96 gal capacity preventing lid from closing. Valid only to qualifying customers.

Who are qualifying customers?
Qualifying customers are any customer whom:
1. Uses 6 or less CREDITS annually. 
2. Follows all "Waste Guidelines"

How do I requalify for the overage program?
Customers may requalify for our overage program by filling out the form below and paying the program fee. An invoice will be sent to your email and once paid your overage program will begin or be restored.

- OVERAGE LIMIT: 1 CREDIT PER PICKUP
- CREDITS RENEW IF LESS THAN 7 ARE USED ANNUALLY
   AND ALL WASTE GUIDELINES ARE FOLLOWED

THREE WHITE BAGS 13 GAL. OR LESS(outside bin)...............................................1 CREDIT
